 Certification Letters
When selling or refinancing your home a certification letter is required for closing. We offer the inspection needed to provide you with the certification letter.
We inspect the home for any wood destroying insects. If treatment is required for your home we can provide you with a price for treatment at the time of inspection.
Your inspection will need to be performed within 30 days of closing and we will deliver your letter to the bank or attorneys office at no extra charge. We can inspect your home with same day service. But prefer a 1 day notice.
